Experius VR was founded in 2014 by my partners Elliott Mizroch, a DC based restaurant entrepreneur, and Andrew Hendricks, son of Discovery Communications founder John Hendricks. We started as a VR production house where we created 360 video commercials for some of the largest automotive and lifestyle brands in the world including, Honda, Bentley, Audi, Mercedes, Go Pro, Red Bull, among others. Our videos were among some of the most viewed early 360 videos, garnering more than 5M+ cumulative views. As the VR landscape continued to evolve, we began to focus on next generation fully immersive/interactive VR/AR content while also investing in various VR/AR technologies that are crucial to the technology stack. Now, we work with a variety of clients, ranging from F500’s to government agencies and defense contractors in order to help them understand and integrate VR/AR technologies into their business processes to streamline efficiency and their bottom line. Through our portfolio companies, investment network, and partnerships with some of the largest companies in the VR/AR space, we have incredible understanding of the industry and the necessary capacity to put together projects of any scale.

As the head of partnerships, it is my job to understand and create relationships with key players, whether that be startups or corporates, in each vertical of the VR/AR tech stack to ensure our projects are done with the highest quality and fidelity. In an industry that is and will continue to change, at least in the foreseeable future, it is an important role to streamline efficiency for our clients who have a hard time keeping up with the ins and outs of this evolving industry. In addition, I am a venture partner for Experius’ venture fund where I am in charge of keeping up with industry trends, finding investment opportunities, running due diligence, making investment recommendations, and managing our portfolio companies.
